October Sensory Tub

What fun we had with October's sensory tub! We added leaves, acorns, pom-poms, nut pumpkins, pinecones, and Jem added rocks. She started by threading the leaves onto pipe cleaners that I made into a little tree, but we picked up twigs later in the day to make a "real" tree. Happy Fall!

I Love this idea! I found some cool stuff in the dollar section of target over the weekend. I am going to make one too!

Great idea Karen! I was just thinking I need to incorporate fall into our lessons. The leaves are changing, acorns are bountiful....hmmm. The ideas are endless!

What are pumpkin nuts? They are so cute! Some other fall ideas are seeds, seed pods, wild autumn flowers, pine cones. Have fun!
