Bread Baking

I finally found a good sandwich whole wheat bread recipe, thanks to 100 Days Of Real Food.

Now, if I could only slice it right...any tips for that. We are enjoying baking this bread on a grey day in North Carolina.

Looks yummy! We love homemade whole wheat bread too! One way I have found to cut ours is with an electric knife. So much easier and more uniform slices too!
